
Power Packed Smoothie
1 cup rice/almond/cashew/coconut or whatever other milk you prefer
1/2 cup frozen blueberries
2 Tbsp frozen orange juice concentrate (right out of the freezer can and dumped right in)
1 whole banana (fresh or frozen)
1/2 cup yogurt (plain natural unsweetened)
I just chunked it all right in the blender and blended together nicely. Pour in glass and you have the quickest and healthiest thing you can imagine right there in your glass in 30 seconds or less. The orange juice was the perfect compliment to the blueberry and the banana added sweetness without having to add honey or sugar.
